You might never think to pair cookies with orange juice, but that’s exactly what breeder Obsoul33t has done with his flavor-focused hybrid Orange Cookies Strain. Obsoul33t’s current endeavor Franchise Genetics (already known for its cultivation efforts with various Alien lines) developed Orange Cookies as a cross between Girl Scout Cookies and Orange Juice. Alternatively, some claim that a phenotype of Girl Scout Cookies called Forum Cookies — and not Girl Scout Cookies itself — is this strain’s parent. In any case, Orange Cookies’ potency and bag appeal are clear — it won 2nd Best Hybrid Flower in the 2015 High Times Cannabis Cup and carries a THC composition that ranges from 15% to 20%.

Orange Cookies Strain has medium-sized hairy buds that hold the dense structure typical of indica varieties. Its leaves are a bright green punctuated by hints of purple; this latter color is the product of pigments called anthocyanins in the leaves reacting to colder than average temperatures during the growing process. Orange pistils contrast with these colorful flowers. This strain’s high resin content is made obvious by the presence of a coating of milky-white trichomes that makes it sticky and particularly difficult to break up by hand. Orange Cookies has an arresting smell to match its striking visuals. An overpowering smell of fresh and tangy citrus wafts up from the buds; it may remind some cannabis aficionados of pungent sativa Tangie. Breaking or grinding up the dense buds brings out a peppery herbal kick to complement the smell of orange zest. When combusted, flowers burn smooth and have a pleasantly sugary-sweet taste on exhale with a hint of funk. Notably, despite Orange Cookies’ purple hues, no grape or berry flavors are present — the pigments that determine this strain’s color do not have a corresponding effect on its taste.

Orange Cookies’ effects take hold of users quickly, with a buzzy and energetic feeling in the head. This rush is soon met with a palpable body high that is relaxing without being too heavy or immobilizing. You get what you pay for….it’s not great. For a “new batch” it’s a 3. I’d give it a 1 for flavour. The high is nice. Clear headed, good energy, that’s why I’ve given it a 3. I’m stuck finishing trimming the flower before I smoke it. Flowers are all spongy. Not great weed at all.

I gotta say I’m disappointed. While i did receive my order within 2 days , I was rather upset to find I’ve been sold an ounce of shake. There is dead leaves even. Not cool. Despite this it smokes great and smells just as good. Cant imagine what the non-bottom-barrel of this stuff is like. Overall i highly recommend this. (so long as you don’t get the shake)

I wasn’t impressed with my order, was like it was the last of the batch so to speak. Mostly tiny buds and shake. Also looked like the leaves were cooked, lots of brown leaves. As for the taste, was ok, I don’t get the citrus, more like burnt popcorn. Buzz is mediocre. Definitely not my favourite.

This was covered in crystals. Too much crystal if that’s possible. I’ve noticed when I smoke keif I get itchy eyes and stuffy sinus. This weed did that but it was still awesome anyways.

If you use online banking with a Canadian bank/credit union, then sending an Interac E-transfer takes just a couple of minutes. Shipping fees are $20 for orders under $99. For orders over $99, shipping is free. Orders are shipped by Xpresspost and a tracking number will be emailed after your order ships. You will receive your order in 1-3 business days. Please allow an extra couple of business days if you live in a remote area.
Your delivery is guaranteed (except for residents of Nunavut, Northern Quebec or if you provide an inaccurate/incomplete address).

Once you’ve sent your E-transfer, it could take up to 40 minutes for us to receive an email notifying us of your payment. Your E-transfer will be pending until we collect the E-transfer (when we process your order). If we receive your E-transfer by 12:00 pm PST Monday to Friday, your order will ship the same business day or else it’ll ship the following business day. Sativa and Indica are the two major types of cannabis plants which can mix together to create hybrid strains. If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely due to human error at Canada Post. Human errors happen on occasion as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days.

If you’re tracking your package on Canada Post’s website and it has not updated in sometime, it’s most likely due to your package missing a scan, which is fairly common.

More often than not, members get their packages on time or a day later. If you do not receive it 2 days after your expected date, let us know so we can file a trace with the post office.

If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement package, free of charge. Note that packages marked as delivered are not covered.
